Marine Risk Assessment with Accident and Incident Investigation


In compliance with the provisions of the International Safety Management Code (ISM) and the Code of Safe Working Practices for Merchant Seamen of MCA, U.K., and in accordance with the relevant parts of Sections A-II/1 and A-II/2, Sections A-III/1 and A-III/2, Section A-III/6, Section A-V/1 and Section A-VI/5 of the STCW Code as amended and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 British Standards Institutions Occupational Health and Safety Systems requirements and Marine Accident and Accident Investigation based on IMO Model Course 3.11.

Entry Requirement

Candidates from this course should have a minimum of six months watch keeping experience as Officer in charge of a navigational watch and should also have completed a course of training which meets or exceeds the standard set out in IMO Assembly resolution A.483 (XII), Training in radar observation and plotting.
