Filipino Cuisine Course

Description

The course covers competencies required in rendering catering services onboard ship in accordance with maritime industry standards. The training course includes practical and theoretical topics in Filipino Regional Cuisines particularly in preparing variety of traditional specialties and incorporating principles and methods of good culinary / food preparation practices.

This course is designed for Upgrading Messman, Cooks, Chief Cooks and Chief Stewards.
