Ships Catering Services

Description

This course is designed with compliance to the requirements and standards in Regulation 3.2 (Food and Catering) of the Maritime Labour Convention 2006. This course will equip individual with competencies required in rendering catering services onboard ship in accordance with maritime industry standards. It covers competencies in safe food handling, providing mess hall services, performing housekeeping services as well as providing assistance in receiving and storing provision and supplies.
