Ships' Catering NC III (Ships' Cook) - Assessment

Description

After completing the training program for Ship's Catering (Ships' Cooks) NC III, trainees are required to take the mandatory national assessment to determine whether the trainees can perform to the standards expected in the workplace based on the defined competency standards. Methods of assessment used are Written Examination, Written Examination with Demo of Practical Cookery and Portfolio.
